  • Full time: 40 hours per week

Working pattern: Scheduled over 5 days from 7, with some weekend work required as part of the rota.

  • Shifts: 7am–3pm and 2pm–10pm combination
  • Travel: Driver with own car required
  • Rate plus mileage: £29k per annum plus mileage

Comfort Care Services is seeking a proactive and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care across Hillingdon and Uxbridge.

This field-based role offers the opportunity to guide care teams, support service users and help maintain excellent standards of care and compliance.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting and supervising Care Workers in the community.
  • Conducting spot checks, observations, supervisions and quality audits.
  • Completing care assessments, reviews and reassessments.
  • Monitoring care delivery and ensuring services are provided in line with individual support plans.
  • Supporting medication audits, documentation and accurate record keeping.
  • Helping to maintain staff rotas and effective handovers.
  • Investigating incidents, escalating safeguarding concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Building positive relationships with service users, families, care staff and professionals.
  • Supporting hands-on care and service users’ needs when required.
  • What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience in domiciliary, community or other relevant care services.
  • An experienced Care Worker ready to progress, or an existing Care Supervisor.
  • QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or Level 2 with a commitment to enrol on and complete Level 3.
  • Experience of supporting, supervising or managing staff.
  • A full & valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Good knowledge of care standards, safeguarding, health and safety, and person-centred practice.
  • Strong communication, organisation, administration and time-management skills.
  • The flexibility to work across community locations and meet service needs.
  • Working pattern

  • A combination of 7am to 3pm and 2pm to 10pm shifts.
  • Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the service.
