Make a real difference every day. We are looking for kind, caring and dependable Support Assistants to join our Supported Living Services in the Redhill area. Full‑time and part‑time opportunities are available across morning, evening and daytime shifts.

About The Role
- Provide kind, respectful and person‑centred support tailored to each individual’s needs and wishes.
- Help people build confidence, develop daily living skills and take part in their community.
- Promote dignity, choice, independence, wellbeing and safeguarding in everything you do.
- Work closely with the Manager and wider team to provide safe, consistent support.
- Monitor wellbeing, keep clear and accurate records, and raise any concerns appropriately.
- Support with medication, appointments, routines, household tasks and creating a welcoming home environment.
- Encourage positive outcomes and help each person live a fuller, more independent life.
