We are looking for kind, caring and dependable Support Assistants to join our Supported Living Services in Reading.

Full‑time and part‑time opportunities are available across morning, evening and daytime shifts.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults with mental health needs to live as independently as possible, build confidence and enjoy a better quality of life.

About The Role

  • Provide kind, respectful and person‑centred support tailored to each individual’s needs and wishes.
  • Help people build confidence, develop daily living skills and take part in their community.
  • Promote dignity, choice, independence, wellbeing and safeguarding in everything you do.
  • Work closely with the Manager and the wider team to provide safe, consistent support.
  • Monitor wellbeing, keep clear and accurate records, and raise any concerns appropriately.
  • Support with medication, appointments, routines, household tasks and create a welcoming home environment.
  • Encourage positive outcomes and help each person live a fuller, more independent life.
