CCS Homecare Services is recruiting Care Worker Drivers to support elderly and vulnerable adults in their own homes across the London Borough of Hillingdon. This is a community‑based role, travelling between clients to provide person‑centred care, companionship and practical support. No experience is required as full paid training is provided.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to clients’ homes across Hillingdon to deliver care and support
- Provide personal care, medication support and help with daily living tasks
- Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Offer companionship and practical household support
- Complete accurate care records and report concerns promptly
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Willingness to travel across the Hillingdon area
- Good spoken and written English
