Job Description:
FLEXIBLE HOURS:
As a care professional, you will support clients with tasks such as bathing, preparing meals, providing companionship, and taking them out. Our goal is to help our clients stay as independent as possible, so they can continue living safely in their own homes.
8-35 hours per week (depending on your availability).
We work around your availability to suit your lifestyle and personal commitments.
REQUIREMENTS:
You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a care professional. What is important to us is the values you hold, as we can teach you the skills. You will have a passion for helping others and pride yourself on providing an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and responsible. You must also feel comfortable engaging in conversation with others.
- Proficient level of English
- Must drive and have access to a car
- Live in Kingston Borough or within 35 minutes drive
- Must have the right to work in the UK (We do not offer sponsorship)
SALARY AND TRAINING:
Up to Β£17 per hour and up to Β£30 per hour for bank holidays including paid travel time and mileage.
Unlike other care companies, we pay you for travel time, mileage, training, pension, and holidays.
Our training consists of online e-learning modules, face-to-face training, and shadowing.
You will always shadow each client before you see them alone.
Our training is continuous; we have monthly staff meetings and trainings.
