The predicted salary is between 13 - 13 £ per hour.
Location: Skelmersdale, Up Holland, Tarleton, Ormskirk, Aughton, Banks, Burscough & Wrightington.
Pay: £13.00- £13.30 per hour, plus 30p per mile fuel allowance.
Shifts: Full-time and part-time positions available (9 am – 5 pm), with an element of on-call duty including alternative weekends.
Driver required: Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle.

What you’ll do:
- Support and review individual care packages, including needs and risk assessments.
- Work with Care Coordinators to support effective rota planning.
- Supervise, mentor, and support Care Assistants in the field.
- Shadow new starters and carry out observations and competency checks.
- Take part in multi-disciplinary reviews and complete accurate records.
You’ll be a trusted senior presence, helping to maintain high standards of care and support team development.
