What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Post job ads regularly, review new applicants, and move them through the recruitment process.
- Communicate with applicants on a daily basis.
- Use reporting to track recruitment trends and develop a data-driven recruitment strategy.
- Leverage social media to post updates and source candidates.
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Previous experience as a hiring specialist or in staffing is a bonus.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
