Tractorista del Sector Avícola para San Pedro

Formación: Ideal bachiller.

Experiencia: Mínimo 6 meses en operación de tractor y labores operativas agrícolas o avícolas.

Destrezas: Operación y control, Mantenimiento de equipos, Atención al detalle, Trabajo en equipo

Conocimiento: Manejo y operación de tractor, control de inventario básico, transporte interno de carga en finca/granja y licencia de conducción C1, C2 o C3 vigente.

Tipo de contrato: Obra o labor.

Salario: SMLV + prestaciones de ley.

Horario: Lunes a sábado de 7:00 a. m. a 12:00 m. y de 1:30 p. m. a 4:00 p. m. (disponibilidad los domingos; el día de descanso se detallará en la entrevista).

Funciones

  • Cargar, asegurar y movilizar las bandejas, planchones o tráileres asignados para el transporte interno de huevo y suministros dentro de la granja.
  • Llevar el control cuantitativo de los huevos recolectados, registrando con precisión la cantidad de pilas o canastillas según el sector o galpón correspondiente.
  • Realizar el manejo, verificación y registro del inventario del producto transportado e insumos asignados.
  • Operar el tractor cumpliendo con los límites de velocidad y garantizando la protección de las zonas demarcadas, infraestructura y personal en la granja.
  • Ejecutar la revisión diaria de niveles (aceite, agua, combustible), limpieza, mantenimiento preventivo básico y reporte oportuno de fallas mecánicas del tractor.
  • Apoyar en labores operativas del sector avícola según los requerimientos del área y acatar los protocolos de bioseguridad e higiene de la empresa.

Nota: El lugar de trabajo es en el municipio de San Pedro, Valle del Cauca.
