We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our rapidly growing team and provide essential support to our programme managers. In this dynamic position, you will be the backbone of our client delivery, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing daily administrative requirements, liaising with various internal and external stakeholders, and keeping our projects on track.
What you will be doing:
- Taking end-to-end responsibility for client delivery coordination.
- Monitoring daily project progress, diligently updating trackers and databases.
- Interfacing directly with customers through regular conference calls.
- Completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports with precision.
- Managing planned start and completion dates on our internal system.
- Raising, inputting, and managing Streetworks/permits and NOI submissions.
- Communicating effectively with field engineers to ensure jobs are prepped and scheduled.
- Creating detailed job packs to stakeholder specifications.
