We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the full life cycle of subcontractor management — from onboarding through to offboarding — ensuring compliance, reducing commercial risk, and supporting the successful delivery of projects across the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage contracts end to end, ensuring obligations are met and risks are mitigated.
  • Advise operational teams on contract terms, compliance, and commercial impacts.
  • Oversee subcontractor onboarding, performance, screening, and issue resolution.
  • Produce commercial reports and analyse data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Support dispute resolution, claims, variations, and compensation events.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement across commercial processes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, detail focused, and confident in decision making.
  • Experienced in subcontractor management within telecoms, civils, or utilities.
  • Familiar with NEC4 or similar contract frameworks.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
