We are looking for a Compliance Assessor to act as a senior authority on-site, ensuring our operations are safe, compliant, and of the highest quality. This isn’t just a "box-ticking" exercise. You will use your extensive operational experience to coach, challenge, and advise our delivery teams and subcontractors. You will be the bridge between technical requirements and on-site reality, driving continuous improvement and reducing risk across our Civils, Cable, and Fibre workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance Monitoring & Auditing: Conduct rigorous site audits to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will review audits from operational teams, providing the constructive feedback needed to reduce liability.
  • Core & Clegg Programs: Oversee coring selections and analyse data from Clegg and coring programs. You’ll identify performance patterns and root causes of defects to challenge and improve reinstatement and construction practices.
  • Technical Support & Coaching: Act as a mentor to Supervisors. You will provide senior-level technical guidance during JSI meetings and defect reviews, helping teams navigate complex Local Authority and client requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify ways to innovate our compliance processes. You will deliver toolbox talks, training sessions, and briefings to embed a culture of compliance across the business.
