Be the orchestrator of success and drive our dynamic projects as a Project Coordinator. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with a knack for keeping things running smoothly. As the vital link between our Project Managers and successful delivery of our client projects, you will take ownership of day‑to‑day administrative requirements, ensuring everything stays on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own client delivery: coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of projects to clients.
  • Master project momentum: monitor daily project progress and keep trackers and databases up to date.
  • Connect and collaborate: be the daily point of contact for customers and conduct regular conference calls.
  • Report with insight: generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Manage the flow: review the daily work stack, manage planned start and completion dates.
  • Initiate with precision: submit Notices of Intent to clients accurately and timely.
  • Maintain system harmony: monitor and update internal client systems for data accuracy.
  • Liaise and lead: serve as the go‑between for internal and client teams.
  • Empower our engineers: communicate with field engineers to schedule and prep jobs.
  • Craft the toolkit: create comprehensive job packs tailored to stakeholder specifications.
  • Drive continuous improvement: contribute to enhancing project systems and practices.
