Comex 2000 is delivering major fibre network upgrades across the UK, and we're looking for an experienced Delivery Supervisor to lead civils teams on the ground. This is a hands-on operational role overseeing excavation, duct installation, reinstatement, street works, and fibre infrastructure projects. You'll ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and right first time while supporting teams to achieve exceptional standards of quality and performance. What You'll Be Doing
- Supervising day-to-day delivery of telecoms civils works
- Leading field teams and subcontractors across multiple sites
- Ensuring compliance with NRSWA, Health & Safety and client requirements
- Monitoring quality, productivity, and programme performance
- Reviewing permits, plans, and work packs before work begins
- Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and effectively
- Driving a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supervising civils, fibre, utilities, or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of excavation, reinstatement, street works, and network build activities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts and teams
- Full UK Driving Licence
