Are you a detail-oriented professional who loves keeping projects on track?

We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our delivery teams.

This isn't just about spreadsheets; it’s about being the glue that holds our project lifecycle together.

You’ll provide the structured administrative backbone and coordination support needed to ensure our projects—both delivery-focused and internal—are planned, governed, and executed flawlessly.

From managing "whereabouts" for live sites to ensuring our reporting is pinpoint accurate, you will enable our teams to make informed decisions and hit every milestone.

We are looking for someone with telecommunications background, as we really need someone who can hit the ground running.

Support: You'll maintain the schedules, trackers, and action lists that keep us moving.

You’ll be the gatekeeper of project documentation, ensuring job packs and work instructions are accurate and ready for stakeholders.

  • Governance & Compliance: You will navigate the essentials of project delivery, including statutory permits, Streetworks notices, and "Asbuilt" submissions.

You’ll ensure our records are auditable and meet all internal and contractual standards.

  • Operational

Coordination: Acting as a central hub, you’ll update schedules and trackers to provide real-time visibility of live activities.

You’ll also coordinate project meetings, ensuring every action is captured and followed up.

  • Data & Reporting: You will manage data across multiple internal and external systems, validating inputs for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

You’ll have a keen eye for spotting discrepancies before they become issues.

  • Relationship Management: You’ll build and maintain strong bonds with internal teams, clients, ensuring communication flows smoothly and queries are handled promptly.
