We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the full life cycle of subcontractor management from onboarding through to off boarding, ensuring compliance, reducing commercial risk, and supporting the successful delivery of projects across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts end to end, ensuring obligations are met and risks are mitigated.
  • Advise operational teams on contract terms, compliance, and commercial impacts.
  • Oversee subcontractor onboarding, performance, screening, and issue resolution.
  • Produce commercial reports and analyse data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Support dispute resolution, claims, variations, and compensation events.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement across commercial processes and best practices.
