What You\’ll Be Doing:

As part of a supportive team, you\’ll play a hands-on role in building and maintaining our cutting-edge fibre networks. This involves:

• Upgrading Networks: You\’ll help upgrade existing fibre networks, assisting with cable and sub-duct pulling, and learning how to build a fibre network.
• Building New Infrastructure: You\’ll be involved in installing and maintaining new fibre networks in various environments, learning to identify cables and sub-ducts, and using both specialized equipment and your own skills.
• Keeping Records Accurate: You\’ll learn the importance of recording all changes and upgrades, providing clear updates to your team.

Requirements

We\’re seeking self-motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow with us. You don\’t need years of experience, but you should be:

• A Clear Communicator: Able to speak and understand instructions clearly.
• Health and safety conscious
  
• Able to work outdoors in all weathers
  
• A Proactive Learner: Eager to take initiative and learn new skills.
• Organised: Able to manage tasks effectively and keep track of your work.
• Professional: You take pride in your work and your appearance.
• Comfortable with Basic Tech: You should be able to use a computer for simple tasks, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• A Driver: A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

While not strictly required for an entry-level position, any experience or certifications in the following areas would be a plus, showing us your keen interest:

• NRSWA Accreditation
• Approved Fibre / Sub Duct installation training
• Confined Spaces City & Guilds
