Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site or hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor located throughout the UK. The QS will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, assessing tenders, evaluating project costs, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout project lifecycles. The role requires collaboration with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure all financial and contractual obligations meet the company’s high standards.

• Strong skills in cost estimation, budget management, and financial planning
• Experience in contract management, tender evaluation, and procurement processes
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and project management software
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
