We are looking for a proactive and organised SSHEQ Co‑Ordinator to support our Safety, Sustainability, Health, Environment and Quality (SSHEQ) function. This is a part-time opportunity spread across five days, offering flexibility while maintaining business support.

This role provides essential coordination, administrative and compliance support, helping ensure our SSHEQ processes remain accurate, effective, and compliant. It also offers a strong development pathway for someone looking to build a career within SSHEQ disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain SSHEQ systems, records and document control
  • Collate incident data, KPIs and monthly reports
  • Support audits, inspections and compliance activities
  • Assist with policies, procedures and risk assessments
  • Manage SSHEQ inbox and respond to queries
  • Support training communications such as Toolbox Talks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong admin/coordination experience
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of HSE/quality principles (desirable)
  • IOSH / NEBOSH / IEMA (desirable)
