We’re looking for an experienced and driven
Delivery Manager (Reinstatement) to lead the safe, compliant, and high -quality delivery of reinstatement works across our operational footprint.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring works are completed in line with
NRSWA requirements, HAUC/SROH standards , and client expectations, while driving performance across safety, quality, and productivity.
This is a hands -on leadership role where you’ll coordinate field teams, manage risk, and ensure operational delivery is executed efficiently.
You’ll act as the key link between planning and on -site delivery, ensuring strong governance, accurate reporting, and consistent performance across all reinstatement activities.

- What you’ll do
- Lead and coordinate daily reinstatement operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high -quality delivery
- Ensure all works are compliant with
- NRSWA requirements (Units 10–16), HAUC and SROH standards
- Plan and allocate resources including labour, plant, and materials to meet programme demands
- Monitor performance against KPIs including productivity, completion rates, and utilisation
- Provide accurate reporting on progress, risks, and operational performance
- Ensure all site evidence (photos, measurements, as -builts) is captured for client sign -off
- Conduct site audits and inspections to maintain compliance and quality standards
- Identify, manage, and escalate operational risks where required
- Drive SSHEQ compliance across all activities, promoting a strong safety culture
- Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with streetworks and permitting requirements
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and delivery expectations
- Handle customer and client queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions
- Deliver training, toolbox talks, and coaching to improve team capability and performance
- Support ERS / Total Loss activities on a rotational basis where required

About you
- Proven experience in a
- Delivery Manager / Supervisor role within civils or reinstatement environments
- Strong understanding of reinstatement standards (HAUC, SROH) and local authority requirements
- Experience managing field teams, subcontractors, and operational delivery
- Strong knowledge of streetworks, permits, and
- NRSWA compliance
- Able to manage performance against KPIs in a fast -paced environment
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with clients, stakeholders, and site teams
- Strong problem -solving skills with a proactive, solutions -focused approach
- Able to prioritise, manage risk, and make decisions under pressure
- Good IT skills including reporting systems and Microsoft Office
- What you’ll need
- NRSWA Certification (Units 10–16 essential)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience in reinstatement, civils, or streetworks operations
- Knowledge of traffic management and safe digging practices
- Understanding of SSHEQ standards within field operations
- First Aid (desirable)
