We’re looking for an experienced and driven Delivery Supervisor to join our field operations team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of day-to-day site delivery across Civils, Cable, and Fibre works, ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards.

As the link between planning and execution, you’ll make sure field teams have everything they need to deliver right-first-time outcomes, while coaching and supporting operatives to continuously improve performance and quality.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to client and regulatory standards
  • Review job packs, permits, and designs to ensure teams are fully prepared before work starts
  • Coordinate with planning and scheduling teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and sequencing
  • Monitor site progress, productivity, and outputs, ensuring delivery stays on track
  • Conduct quality checks, audits, and compliance inspections to maintain high standards
  • Lead on-site health & safety, ensuring adherence to RAMS, NRSWA, CDM, and PPE requirements
  • Manage and support subcontractors and field teams, ensuring performance, safety, and quality expectations are met
  • Capture accurate site documentation and evidence to support reporting and client sign-off
  • Identify risks, issues, and delays early, escalating where required and driving resolution
  • Coach and mentor operatives, building capability, consistency, and performance across teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying efficiencies and sharing best practice

About you

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within telecoms, utilities, or construction environments
  • Strong knowledge of field-based delivery across Civils, Cabling, or Fibre
  • Confident managing health & safety, compliance, and quality standards on site
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, job packs, and permits
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing subcontractors and field-based teams
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and committed to delivering quality work
  • Passionate about coaching and developing others
