What You'll Be Doing
- Upgrading and commissioning HFC network equipment
- Diagnosing and resolving network and RF signal faults
- Identifying and eliminating noise ingress issues
- Supporting fibre and coax network maintenance activities
- Using specialist test equipment to ensure optimum performance
- Delivering a "Right First Time" approach across all works
- Working closely with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to keep the UK connected.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Telecoms, HFC, CATV or network engineering experience
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and signal performance
- Ability to work independently and outdoors in all conditions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
