We're looking for an experienced
ESG Advisor to help shape and embed our Environmental, Social and Governance strategy across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, driving sustainability initiatives that support our commercial objectives, strengthen client relationships, and help build a more responsible and resilient business.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and delivery of Comex 2000's ESG strategy.
- Partner with business leaders to embed ESG principles into decision-making and operational activities.
- Provide advice and insight on ESG risks, opportunities and emerging industry trends.
- Lead ESG reporting, disclosures and performance monitoring.
- Develop and track ESG metrics and KPIs across the business.
- Support carbon reduction initiatives, waste reduction programmes and sustainability projects.
- Monitor ESG legislation, standards and reporting frameworks.
- Coordinate ESG data collection, validation and analysis.
- Support responses to client ESG questionnaires, audits and tender requirements.
- Develop ESG policies, processes and governance frameworks.
- Deliver ESG awareness, training and engagement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively across departments to drive continuous improvement and long-term value creation.
Requirements

- Proven experience within ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of environmental, social and governance principles.
- Experience developing and implementing ESG strategies and initiatives.
- Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and standards.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing at all levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation and engagement skills.
- Ability to translate ESG objectives into practical business outcomes.
- Experience analysing data and producing meaningful reports and insights.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, ISSB and CDP.
- Knowledge of carbon reduction planning and sustainability programmes.
- Understanding of ESG governance, assurance and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting tender responses and customer ESG requirements.
- Familiarity with Power BI and reporting dashboards.
- Experience working within infrastructure, telecoms, utilities or construction environments.
Qualifications
- Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business, Corporate Responsibility or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development in ESG, sustainability or compliance.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Power BI and Power Point.
