This role requires rolling up sleeves, partnering with Heads of Delivery and Operations Directors, and building credible people foundations in a fast-paced telecoms environment.
You will diagnose people issues, drive change, and coach managers to improve performance while managing costs and productivity. This is not a traditional HRBP position.
