The FTTH Engineer is responsible for the installation of ‘Fibre to the Home’ broadband services to residential customers. As a customer-facing, field-based role, high levels of customer service and producing a quality service is paramount., * Installation of FTTH broadband services to residential premises, including carrying out external and internal cabling work.

Working at heights up to 15 metres, including working on Telegraph poles and ladders

Delivering professional and quality customer service

Self-auditing work to ensure it meets all company and client standards

Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with Health and Safety standards, including carrying out daily checks to ensure safe to use

Maintenance of a clean and tidy environment at all times

Prepared to work in all weather conditions

A Full UK Driving License is essential due to the field-based nature of the role, candidates must have held this license for 1 year and have a maximum of 6 points.

Full training will be provided to the right candidate, however candidates with experience working on the BT Openreach network and hold NRSWA Street Works qualifications are desirable.
