Town Hall Applications & Approvals : Prepare, submit, and track paperwork for permits, licences, and other approvals, working with architects and technical professionals where required.
Project Documentation : Maintain organised records of applications, approvals, certificates, contractor documents, and correspondence.
Health & Safety Administration : Help maintain required health and safety records, collect relevant contractor documentation, and flag missing or expired documents to the responsible manager or appointed health and safety professional.
Public Authority Liaison : Follow up with town halls and other public bodies, monitor notifications, and coordinate responses within the required deadlines.
First Occupancy Licences (LPO) : Help gather and organise the supporting documentation needed for applications, liaising with the relevant technical and legal teams.
General Project Support : Track administrative deadlines, arrange meetings, and follow up on outstanding information to keep approval processes moving.
What You’ll Need :
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and spoken English and Spanish.
Confidence using email, Microsoft Office, and digital filing systems.
A reliable, practical approach and willingness to learn.
