Are you a hands-on marketing person who loves turning strategy into action? We are looking for a CRM Executive to our CRM team, supporting other executives and the Manager in delivering seamless, personalized customer experiences that drive engagement and loyalty. This is a key role within the CRM team where you would be responsible for the day-to-day execution of operational tasks as planned and agreed together with the CRM Manager, according to the brand vision and strategy. You will also be assisting with creating the monthly CRM campaign plan as well as following up on campaign results. As a real doer, in this role, you will be writing copy, requesting creatives, ensuring the content of the market's sites are up-to-date as well as executing and delivering customer communications through all targeted marketing channels (primarily email, push, inbox & pop-up). Following the brand values, tone of voice and long-term strategy in all communication is of the essence in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing monthly CRM campaigns, working closely with the CRM Manager and BI team to track and analyse results.
  • Coordinate campaign briefs and requests across internal teams and central operations to ensure timely delivery.
  • Create and publish engaging copy for emails, banners, onsite content, and promotions, always aligned with the brand's tone of voice.
  • Manage and update website content, campaign pages, and promotional resources using internal and third-party platforms.
  • Execute multi-channel customer communications, including email, SMS, inbox, and pop-ups, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Support automated lifecycle activities and campaign planning, establishing clear communication with central teams for smooth campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Have a marketing mindset with strong analytical and data-driven skills.
  • Are methodical, structured, and detail-oriented.
  • Thrive in a social, multi-cultural team environment.
  • Are passionate about sports, casino, live casino, or other gaming experiences.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Ontario and US sports, including major local and national leagues (e.g., NHL, NBA, CFL, NFL, MLB).
  • Have experience in the gaming industry – a plus, but not mandatory.
