We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Product Analyst to join our analytics team in London. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Commercial operations. You won't just pull data and build dashboards; you will be the data engine that drives decisions across our entire digital ecosystem.
You will partner closely with product squads, engineering, marketing teams, country managers, and vertical business owners (Casino & Sportsbook). You are someone who thrives on turning raw, complex digital behaviour into clear, actionable strategies, whether that’s optimising a product feature, refuting a commercial assumption, or ensuring marketing attribution is watertight.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Product & Commercial Insights: Analyse customer behaviour, conversion funnels, and retention patterns to identify growth opportunities for both our product squads and commercial teams (Casino/Sportsbook).
- Drive the GA4 + BigQuery Ecosystem: Go beyond the standard GA4 UI. Query raw, large-scale event data in BigQuery to uncover deep user insights and stitch data across touchpoints.
- Architect Data Collection & Tagging: Manage and scale our tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Server-Side GTM. Ensure flawless data collection for both product analytics and marketing campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, etc.).
- Empower Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Act as the analytics partner for Product Owners, Country Managers, Marketing, and Business Owners. Translate complex data into clear, commercial recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Visualisation & Storytelling: Design and maintain robust, scalable Tableau dashboards that allow product and business teams to self-serve and monitor KPIs seamlessly.
- Experimentation & Optimisation: Help design, execute, and analyse A/B tests, ensuring statistical rigour and translating results into clear product and commercial roadmap recommendations.

- Advanced SQL: Highly proficient in writing clean, complex, and optimised queries to manipulate massive datasets.
- Expertise in GA4 & BigQuery: Essential experience working with GA4 raw data schemas within Google BigQuery (unnesting events, handling heavy clickstream data).
- Strong proficiency in Tagging (Client & Server-Side): Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, including Server-Side GTM, tracking deployment, and managing pixels/conversions for paid media channels (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
- Data Visualisation: Strong experience building intuitive, automated dashboards in Tableau (or similar data visualisation tools).
- Behavioural Product Analytics: Hands-on experience using digital behavioural tools like Fullstory (or similar) for session replay, heatmapping, and funnel optimisation.
- Stakeholder Agility: Strong communication skills. You can comfortably discuss product metrics with a product owner or engineer, attribution with a marketer, and landing page impacts with a Country Manager.
