Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Social campaigns across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and X), ensuring alignment with performance KPIs across the marketing funnel.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign processes, from briefing and creative development to execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Partner closely with Brand Managers, creative, analytics, product, and development teams to design and deliver integrated, high‑performing campaigns.
- Provide performance insights, competitor analysis, and actionable recommendations, both in real time and for long‑term growth.
- Oversee internal systems and workflows, including campaign briefing, invoice management, and reporting processes.
- Stay up to date with evolving social media trends, consumer behaviour, and industry news to ensure campaigns remain relevant and engaging.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Paid Social campaign management.
- Proven experience delivering performance‑driven campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed optimization decisions.
- Clear understanding of Business manager suites, Pixel implementation, Reporting and Platform best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
- Experience with Tableau (or any other data housing software) and experience in the RMG is a bonus.
