Overview

Own recruiting at a high-growth startup that has legions of happy customers who are coincidently recruiters like you. The position is full-time and on-site in our New York office.

Note: It isn’t a good fit for people who look to others for direction and permission or require teammates to accomplish goals; you will be making it happen.

Responsibilities

  • Own recruiting for the East Coast, take over responsibilities for talent acquisition, and own the outcomes from start to finish (A-to-Z).
  • Formalize and own Comeet recruiting processes, coordinating with key stakeholders to plan and execute hiring initiatives.
  • Recruit for all positions in the org chart, from technical titles to sales and support.
