The Role

We’re looking for a mid-level Web Developer who can take polished designs from Figma and bring them to life as responsive, interactive web pages. You’ll work on both internal-facing tools and external customer-facing sites, collaborating closely with designers, product owners, and other developers to deliver high-quality web experiences. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable bridging the gap between design and implementation and who also has hands‑on experience (or can quickly become proficient) in XML or XSLT to generate HTML-based documents.

Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional web development experience
  • Proven experience converting Figma (or similar design tools) into production-ready web pages
  • Experience building responsive layouts and interactive UI components
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and web best practices
  • Comfortable working in collaborative, cross‑functional teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with XML-based language such as XSLT
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards
  • Experience with testing frameworks
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
  • Understanding of version control systems such as SVN
  • A keen interest in software, technology or finance.
