The Role
We are looking for a mid-level Web Developer who can take polished designs from Figma and bring them to life as responsive, interactive web pages. You'll work on both internal-facing tools and external customer-facing sites, collaborating closely with designers, product owners, and other developers to deliver high-quality web experiences. This role is ideal for someone who's comfortable bridging the gap between design and implementation and who also has hands-on experience (or can quickly become proficient) in XML or XSLT to generate HTML-based documents.
Essential Skills/Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional web development experience
- Proven experience converting Figma (or similar design tools) into production-ready web pages
- Experience building responsive layouts and interactive UI components
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and web best practices
- Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Experience with XML-based language such as XSLT
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
- Experience with testing frameworks
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Understanding of version control systems such as SVN
- A keen interest in software, technology or finance.
