  • Serve as the primary liaison for channel partners on all sales‑related matters, including deal support, questions, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure consistent and successful order fulfilment and product installation by partnering with regional teams across survey, order acceptance, construction, and post‑sale processes.
  • Identify and recruit new direct partners and master/sub‑agent relationships to expand channel coverage and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to support partner‑led opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed pipeline management and weekly sales forecasts using Salesforce.com.
  • Exercise independent judgement and discretion in managing partner relationships, sales opportunities, and territory priorities.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales or revenue‑generating role, ideally within a channel or partner sales environment.
  • Experience selling technology‑based products or services, preferably in telecommunications, connectivity, networking, cloud, or related communications sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship‑driven sales, managing multiple external partners or accounts.
  • Experience working with or selling through agents, resellers, or indirect distribution models.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or revenue objectives.
  • Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting, ideally Salesforce.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of sales cycles and partner‑led selling.
