We are looking for an Office Coordinator for our London office. This is an exciting entry-level role for someone wanting to step into the corporate world and join a vibrant team in the media industry. You’ll help keep the office running smoothly, support team events, and be a friendly point of contact for day-to-day office questions. You’ll also provide diary, travel, and expense support to our Managing Director. This role is office based 4 days per week in our offices near Tottenham Court Road station.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for the smooth running of the London office, including:
- Assisting with communications to the team regarding any need-to-know updates to the office (access, lockers, breakages, fire alarm information etc)
- Assisting with staff access
- Ensuring the office is kept clean and tidy
- Keeping track of storage areas
- Assisting with knowledge sharing for meeting rooms, capacities and availabilities
- Advising booking procedures for each event space and meeting room
- Maintaining locker repository & allocations for new starters
- Supporting HR with onboarding new joiners
- Being point of contact for the team on office knowledge
- Managing supplier on-site problems with external service providers (catering, cleaning, hygiene supplies, facilities)
- Maintaining relationships with key contacts at NBCU for H&S items and announcements
- Organising key events throughout the year for the office (peak of the week, quarterly activities, Easter, summer, holiday party…)

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognise employees for their work. Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but Comcast may also consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
