We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Operations and Deal Desk Analyst to support the International commercial organisation. This role will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal and Revenue Operations, supporting day-to-day Sales Operation Activities and Deal Desk processes while gaining exposure to revenue modelling, deal support, and system improvements. This is a hands-on role suited to someone eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Sales Operations activities, including Salesforce data maintenance, user support, and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist with Deal Desk processes, including deal set-up, proposal coordination, and supporting revenue modelling and approval workflows.
- Maintain and update Salesforce records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across opportunities, accounts, and reports.
- Support reporting and pipeline reviews using Salesforce and Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing) to support commercial processes and timelines.
- Assist with documentation, process updates, and ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Data, or related field.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce as an end user (admin certification not required).
- Someone comfortable working with Excel for data handling and basic analyses (e.g. formulas, filtering, pivot tables required).
- Someone highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- A strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally and supporting others.
