Comcast Business is in search of a new team member in the sales team. You will be responsible for the sale of Comcast Business Managed Service, WAN, Cyber Service, Internet, Video and Voice based services to mid-size and large businesses. As part of a dynamic team, you will drive sales using an array of prospecting activities and cultivation of relationships with institutions in designated territories.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
  • Meet your sales goals while exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
  • Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
  • Promote and position Comcast in your sales territory, including cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations while generating new leads through various prospecting activities.
  • Retain your customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo, ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Maintain and build customer relationships to drive customer retention and work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Network Design, WAN technologies & designs including SD WAN, SASE, Ethernet, Internet Technologies, Voice Network Technologies, Data Networking Technologies, Networking Protocols, Customer Premise Equipment, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts and E-rate Contracting Processes.
  • Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports.
  • Attend out-of-office meetings with customers regularly and demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills.

About You

  • Experience in closing enterprise level sales with medium to large Enterprise customers.
  • Experience in working with and building deep relationships with Channel partners.
  • Experience in presenting managed service solutions to C Level and/or Strategic IT decision makers.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new logo business using territory and account plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate through the deal flow process to close opportunities.

Education

Bachelor's Degree (Required). While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast may also consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
