Job Summary
Leads team responsible for providing strategic support and integration across Global Benefits’ Physical, Emotional, Financial wellbeing pillars and Risk Management function, as well as enabling employee benefit plan enrollment activities across Comcast NBCUniversal’s domestic and international footprint.
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for evaluating U.S. and international benefits programs with the goal of aligning strategic principles (e.g., competitive position relative to each market/country), globalizing and harmonizing benefit approaches where appropriate, streamlining operational and annual plan management activities, and facilitating intake and triaging of international country escalations.
- Works closely with Global Benefits wellbeing pillar leads, other Total Rewards teams, HR Technology and Service Solutions, and Comcast NBCUniversal stakeholders across the enterprise to facilitate holistic benefit strategies and operational support.
- Facilitates alignment of U.S. and international benefit policies, programs, and practices.
- Proactively monitors and conducts benchmarking analyses to ensure benefit program offerings are competitive with local country practices and consistent with overall Global Benefits strategies.
- Regularly solicits input from local stakeholders to develop and recommend employee benefit changes.
- Provides support and direction as it relates to benefits during union contract negotiations and other labor relations activities.
- Assesses operational and administrative processes to drive organizational efficiencies.
- Establishes cadence and audit procedures to ensure appropriate oversight and management of international benefit program offerings.
- Provides oversight and direction of international benefit renewal process.
- Effectively liaises with Global Benefits Treasury and Captive lead to optimize financing arrangements for international benefit program offerings.
- Develops multi‑year forecast of international benefit offerings to align with Long Range Planning process.
- Facilitates timely resolution of international benefit escalations.
- Directs and supervises benefit plan design and implements to develop equitable benefits programs in conjunction with Company policy.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
