Comcast Business is in search of a new team member in the sales team. You will be responsible for the sale of Comcast Business Managed Service, WAN, Cyber Service, Internet, Video and Voice based services to mid-size and large businesses. As part of a dynamic team, you will drive sales using an array of prospecting activities and cultivation of relationships with institutions in designated territories.
Core Responsibilities
- Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
- Aim to meet your sales goals while exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
- Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
- Promote and position Comcast in your sales territory, including cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations while generating new leads through various prospecting activities.
- Retain your customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo, ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Maintain and build customer relationships to drive customer retention and work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels that meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Network Design, WAN technologies & designs including SD WAN, SASE, Ethernet, Internet Technologies, Functionality & Services, Voice Network Technologies, Data Networking Technologies, Networking Protocols, Customer Premise Equipment, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts and E-rate Contracting Processes and Procedures.
- Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
- Attend out-of-office meetings with customers regularly and demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills.
About You
- Experience in closing enterprise level sales (new to business) medium to large Enterprise customers.
- Experience in working with and building a deep relationship with Channel partners (both direct and indirect).
- Experience in presenting managed service solutions to C Level and/or Strategic IT decision makers.
- Experience in selling solutions, managed services, and building customised solutions.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new logo business using territory and account plans.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate through the deal flow process to close opportunities.
