As the Enterprise Solutions Sales Executive (internally branded as Account Executive II), you will be responsible for the sale of Comcast Business Managed Service, WAN, Cyber Service, Internet, Video and Voice based services to mid-size and large businesses. Being part of a dynamic team, you will drive sales using an array of prospecting activities and cultivation of relationships with institutions in designated territories. You will also design and deliver live sales presentations to prospective clients, develop relationships with individual businesses and the community, and position the Comcast brand as key components of the sales strategy.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
- Meet your sales goals while exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
- Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
- Promote and position Comcast in your sales territory, including cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations.
- Generate new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
- Retain your customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo, ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Maintain and build customer relationships to drive customer retention.
- Work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels that meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Network Design, WAN technologies & designs including SD WAN, SASE, SSe, Ethernet, Internet Technologies, Functionality & Services, Voice Network Technologies (including VoIP), Data Networking Technologies, Functionality & Services (LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN), Networking Protocols, Customer Premise Equipment, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts, and E-rate Contracting Processes and Procedures.
- Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports, as required.
- Attend out-of-office meetings with customers regularly and demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills.
About You:
- More than 5 years of experience in closing enterprise level sales (new to business) offering managed SD WAN/Network, Cybersecurity, and Hosted UCaaS to medium to large Enterprise customers.
- Experience in working with and building a deep relationship with Channel partners (both direct and indirect).
- Experience in presenting managed service solutions to C Level and Strategic IT decision makers.
- Experience in selling solutions, managed services, and building customised solutions.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new logo business using territory and account plans.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate through the deal flow process to close opportunities.
