This is an exciting opportunity to work in a progressive, multi-disciplinary setting where you can take ownership of medicines optimisation, patient safety, and dispensary management all while helping to ease GP workload and improve patient outcomes., Autonomy & Influence Play a key role in shaping and leading medicines management within the practice. Diverse Clinical Exposure Work across a range of specialisms, from long-term condition management to care home medication reviews. A Supportive, Multi-Disciplinary Team Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centred care. Professional Growth Opportunities to develop and expand your clinical expertise, with support for further training and specialisation. An Engaging & Evolving Role No two days are the same; expect a mix of face-to-face patient interactions, clinical audits, dispensary oversight, and prescribing support.
