We believe in a holistic approach to care and are looking for someone who can join us as a Senior Care Worker/Care Lead and who can support our organisational objectives and the care team to provide outstanding care in the community.
Someone who has a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and someone who is willing to work towards a Level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Social Care.
The person who we would like to join us must exhibit strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills and who naturally fosters a positive and supportive team culture, putting others at ease and promoting collaboration.
Education and must have:
- Experience in a home care setting is essential.
- Support the Manager with implementation of all policies, procedures and business objectives and support with staff training and development. Conduct supervisions and induction of new staff.
- Take part in the on call rota, providing out of hours support when needed.
- Proficient IT skills for maintaining client records using computer and a telephone app.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective communication.
- Ability to both prepare and implement care plans accurately, assist with audits and liaise with healthcare professionals acting in line with CQC guidelines.
- A caring attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Valid driving license and own transport.
