Key Responsibilities- Support senior panel wirers with assembling BMS control panels
- Learn to install components such as terminal blocks, relays, fuses, and controllers
- Assist with cable preparation, routing, and termination
- Learn to read and interpret basic wiring diagrams and schematics
- Practice wiring tasks under supervision, following industry standards
- Help inspect, label, and test panels before they leave the workshop
