Role Description

We’re looking for a driven and technically capable BMS Sales Manager to lead growth across the Midlands and South of England. You’ll be responsible for identifying and winning new project opportunities—including BMS upgrades, new builds, and refurbishments—as well as securing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts with clients who care about energy performance and system reliability.

You’ll be joining a long-established and well-regarded team that designs, manufactures, installs, and maintains high-quality Building Management Systems for some of the UK’s most recognisable buildings and organisations. From schools and council buildings to airports, data centres, and flagship retail spaces—our work makes buildings smarter, greener, and more efficient.

This is a high-impact, field-based role with a performance-based compensation structure and uncapped earning potential.
