Full time at our office and workshop in Princes Risborough, customer site visits as required for training. We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Engineer to join our team. This entry‑level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about engineering, technology, and sustainability, and who want to build a career in the fast‑growing BMS industry. You will gain hands‑on experience across design, manufacturing and commissioning of BMS systems, working alongside experienced engineers. Through structured training and mentoring, you’ll develop the skills to progress into specialist roles such as Design Engineer, Panel Wirer, or Commissioning Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior engineers with panel design, wiring, and commissioning tasks.
- Learn to assemble and wire BMS control panels to industry standards.
- Shadow commissioning engineers on‑site to gain an understanding of system installation, testing, and optimisation.
- Follow health & safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Take part in training and mentoring sessions to build technical knowledge and confidence.
