A leading critical care and prehospital medical equipment organisation is expanding its UK clinical team and is looking to appoint a Clinical Specialist - North UK to provide clinical expertise and support across its hospital and prehospital product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and play a key role in supporting customers through clinical education, product training and implementation. The company's products have been developed to address important challenges faced by hospital and prehospital clinicians, with a strong focus on improving clinical practice, patient safety and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical expertise and support to hospital and prehospital customers across the UK
  • Develop and deliver engaging clinical education, product training and customer education sessions
  • Support customers with product implementation, demonstrations and clinical evaluations
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Act as a trusted clinical resource and subject matter expert for the company's product portfolio
  • Attend conferences, exhibitions and industry events as a clinical representative of the organisation
  • Work closely with the commercial team to provide clinical input and support throughout the customer journey
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the clinical environment and the challenges faced by hospital and prehospital teams
  • Travel approximately 40-50% of the time to customer sites and industry events across the UK

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Clinical Specialist, ideally within critical care, resuscitation, emergency medicine or prehospital care
  • Essential clinical experience as a Paramedic, Resuscitation Officer, ICU Nurse, A&E Nurse or another highly relevant clinical role
  • The ability to develop and deliver high quality, engaging clinical education and training sessions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with clinicians at all levels
  • A personable and collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer requirements and priorities
  • The flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the UK, approximately 40-50% of the time
  • A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel to customer sites as required
