Role Overview
This role will operate within a fast-paced environment and is responsible for delivering response maintenance repairs, ensuring repair requests are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively whilst delivering a first-class service to our customer. This role will provide a plumbing service for construction and maintenance in domestic, commercial, and industrial buildings, while upholding safety guidelines and complying with codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on void and tenanted properties
- Working with other team members to provide a courteous and considerate service to clients and tenants
- Fault finding on Residential and commercial plumbing and heating systems
- Repairs, replacements, and servicing of Gas Boilers and associated heating systems
- Installation of toilets, baths, basins, cold / hot water storage systems, etc.
- Legionella testing
- To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day
- Working under instruction to meet the needs of the client
- Observe the highest levels of health and safety, and use appropriate safety equipment
- Ensure accurate completion and timely submission of any relevant site-based or company documentation electronically or paper based as per requirements of the contract
- To perform the job in accordance with the company’s policies and procedure
- As and when required, provide support across company departments, and perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time-to-time

Essential
- Be time served or appropriately qualified and be able to demonstrate relevant experience
- Previous experience working within construction/ engineering industry
- Knowledge of domestic & commercial plumbing and Heating systems
- Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service
- Valid CSR Card
- Full driving license
- Gas Safe registered with experience in servicing domestic gas systems
Preferred
- Experience in the social housing sector
- Experience using a PDA / smartphone / mobile working device
- Access NI clearance preferable
- OFTEC Registered
