Key Responsibilities

• Perform response maintenance repairs efficiently and cost‑effectively, focusing on response repair services and void works.
• Carry out void and tenanted property tasks such as kerbing, flagging, fencing, block work, concreting, finishing, and demolition.
• Operate plant equipment safely and keep work areas clean and tidy at day’s end.
• Work under instruction to meet client needs, delivering a 1st‑class service.
• Observe Health & Safety standards, use appropriate protection, and complete documentation electronically or on paper as required.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant construction industry experience.
• Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service.
• Valid CSR Card.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in the social housing sector.
• Working at heights experience.
• Scaffolding erection experience.
• Plant operation experience and relevant tickets.
• Experience using a PDA, smartphone, or mobile device.
• Access NI clearance preferred.
