Are you friendly, reliable and ready to be the welcoming face of our organization? We’re looking for someone with total flexibility to join our reception team.
About The Role:
This is not your typical 9-to-5. We need someone who can adapt to a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holiday cover. You will play a key part in creating a positive first impression and helping things run smoothly day to day.
What You Will Do
• Welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Handle phone calls, online bookings and client queries.
• Manage the salon’s busy appointment schedule.
• Process payments and retail sales.
• Support Stylists and keep the front of house running smoothly.
What We Are Looking For:
• A positive, can-do attitude, immaculate presentation and excellent communication skills.
• Proven reliability and punctuality.
• Confidence in handling a busy front desk.
• Calm under pressure and confident multitasking in a busy environment.
• Willingness to work flexible and changing shifts at short notice.
• Previous reception or customer service experience (salon experience is a big plus).
• A genuine passion for client care and the beauty industry.
