Are you an ambitious editor with strong motion graphics skills and a standout portfolio? Do you want to edit content for sport, lifestyle, automotive and hospitality brands?
We're a small but ambitious team, and we're looking for someone who lives and breathes editing.
Someone who sweats the details, from pacing and sound to type and transitions, and knows what makes content hold attention on social.
This is a full time role where you'll own the edit. You'll push the creative, try new ideas and formats, and make content that looks premium and performs.

The Role
- Editing short-form content for Reels, TikTok and Shorts across our retainer clients
- Creating motion graphics, animated type, titles and branded transitions
- Building hooks, pacing and sound design that keep people watching
- Editing ad variations and campaign content
- Editing content for Combe Creative's own socials
- Working on ad hoc client projects as they come in
- Colour grading and sound work to keep everything polished
- Keeping footage and projects well organised
- Bringing ideas and references to the table
What We're Looking For
REQUIRED
- Excellent editing skills in Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve also considered)
- Strong motion graphics skills in After Effects
- Confident working with Photoshop and Illustrator files, including layered PSDs and brand assets
- 2 years or more of professional editing experience
- A standout portfolio of social-first work
- A strong understanding of short-form content, including 9:16, hooks and retention
- A sharp eye for pacing, music, typography and detail
- A genuine interest in sport and lifestyle content
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple briefs and deadlines
- A proactive self starter who doesn't need constant direction
BONUS
- Experience editing long-form content such as brand films or YouTube
- Experience filming content or second shooting
- 3D or advanced animation skills
- Experience using AI tools in your workflow

Location Hybrid, 2 days a week in our Cirencester office, with occasional extra days when the
business needs. You must be able to commute to Cirencester.
