Vous rejoignez une équipe d'assemblage, d'intégration et de tests pour des satellites, afin d'apporter un soutien aux ingénieurs et techniciens AIT (Assemblage, Intégration et Test). Vos principales tâches seront :
- Opérations en salle blanche ISO7 ou ISO8
- Lecture de procédure de montage
- Intégration mécanique : Effectuer l'assemblage et l'intégration des équipements, de mécanismes, de structures de satellites et d'éléments/Composants de type harnais électriques, harnais RF (guides d'ondes et câbles coaxiaux), protection thermique, réchauffeurs, supports et équerres métalliques/composites
- Réaliser des assemblages vissés et des assemblages collés
- Utiliser les outillages spécifiques (clé dynamométrique, bancs d’essai, moyens de levage)
- Préparation des essais : Mettre en place et organiser le matériel, les équipements et les outillages nécessaires aux divers essais mécaniques, thermiques, optiques, RF
- Vérification des équipements : Inspectez et vérifiez les composants et les équipements avant l'intégration
- Documentation et rapports : documentez chaque étape d'intégration. Identifiez et signalez les anomalies rencontrées lors de l'AIT
Compétences requises :
- Lecture de plans mécaniques et de nomenclatures
- Expérience dans l'assemblage et l'intégration d'équipements, de mécanismes, de structures satellites
- Maîtrise des techniques d’assemblage mécanique de précision : ajustage, serrage au couple, collage
- Savoir intégrer du harnais électrique et radio fréquence
- Expérience dans un environnement de salle blanche
- Sens de la rigueur, de l’organisation et du travail en équipe
- Un minimum de 2 ans en AIT Satellite
- Savoir tenir une conversation en anglais (niveau B2)
Formations souhaitées :
- CAP-Bac Pro, DUT/BTS en mécanique, microtechniques, horlogerie, productique ou équivalent
Expérience minimum :
- 2 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement en environnement spatial
