- Market analysis and development of project ideas in the field of renewable energies, especially for plants
- Establishment and maintenance of a strong network with grid operators, municipal utilities, energy suppliers and other relevant partners
- Interface management between contractors and energy suppliers to ensure connection of the plants to the grid
- Support in project development
- Cooperation with internal teams, especially in project planning and coordination
The profile of requirements
- Completed studies in engineering, electrical engineering or comparable
- 8 years plus experience in grid management or project development
- Process knowledge of local authorities, associations and suppliers
- Essential knowledge of country-specific grid construction and grid connections
- Very good technical understanding
- Negotiating skills and strong communication skills
- Fluent English language skills, German language skills are a Plus
